Examining the beliefs, values, influences, and principles guiding our decisions.
These questions don't provide instant solutions. They help us become more intentional about the journey.
And as we grow, we learn to examine our maps, recognize when adjustments are needed, and develop the capacity to move forward.
Most of us already know that honesty, responsibility, communication, discipline, and compassion matter.
But knowing what matters and consistently practicing it are two different things.
Growth requires more than information.
