"The one principle that surrounds everything else is that of stewardship: that we are the managers of everything that God has given us."

Larry Burkett

Stewardship - The Bishop

Attitude

There is nothing more powerful than attitude. Our attitude is what determines the kind of life we are going to have. You will never succeed with a negative attitude. If you want to change your life, you have to change your attitude!

Attitude

About 3% of the population are big winners... though 97% struggle with their job, their business, their health and their relationships...Why is that?  Start paying attention to the people who have things really working for them, and you'll start to see this concept in action. You will also see the reverse.  You'll want to burn this concept into your mind, as this idea could be worth it's weight in GOLD - if you study it.  Tell me, how's your attitude today?

Scott Dinsmore's mission is to change the world by helping people find what excites them and build a career around the work only they are capable of doing. He is a career change strategist whose demoralizing experience at a Fortune 500 job launched his quest to understand why 80% of adults hate the work they do, and more importantly, to identify what the other 20% were doing differently.

What happens if you push yourself too hard? What happens when your body tells you to stop yet, you keep going? Portia shares how self-care brought her back to health and it can help you too. Portia is passionate about promoting a holistic and inclusive approach to self-care that takes into consideration how cultural and social factors as well as experiences of discrimination based on identity markers (e.g. race, class, gender identity, sexual orientation) may trigger one's need for self-care and shape one's willingness--or reluctance---to engage in self-care practices.

Bring the Stewardship Journey to Your Group

What changes when people understand why their contribution matters?

Purpose — The King is a Raising Royalty learning experience that helps participants explore what matters to them, recognize how they contribute, and take practical steps toward a meaningful life.

Through selected videos, guided conversation, hands-on activities, and participant workbook exercises, we explore how purpose shapes everyday actions, how belonging helps people grow, and how courage helps us move forward.

Adult workshops and youth after-school experiences address these shared ideas through activities suited to each audience. Connected experiences can help parents and young people continue the conversation at home. Workshops can also be adapted for church groups.

Let’s discuss your group, your goals, and a single workshop or multi-session journey that fits your setting.
